About Us

At Mindgrow Kids, we create practical, psychology-based resources to help parents and educators support children who are struggling with their emotions, behaviour, or relationships.

From digital guides and online courses to print books and school resources, everything we offer is grounded in real-world experience and evidence-based psychology — but delivered in a way that feels human, hopeful, and doable.

Whether your child is navigating ADHD, anxiety, or those intense “big feelings” that leave the whole house on edge, our goal is simple:

to help you understand what’s really going on - and give you the tools to reconnect.

About Jodie

I’m Jodie Baker BSc (Psych) — a psychologist dedicated to helping young people who struggle to thrive in both school and home environments.

I’ve spent years working with teenagers at risk of exclusion and supporting families who feel like they’ve “tried everything.” My work blends evidence-based psychology with real-world strategies that actually fit into family life.

Alongside my school work, I’ve run sports camps and programmes for primary school children, many of whom come through with emotional or neurodevelopmental needs such as ADHD, ASD, PDA, and OCD. These experiences continually shape the practical, down-to-earth approach behind every resource I create.

Why Mindgrow Kids Exists

To help parents reconnect with their kids.

To support families raising children with additional needs.

To make sense of big emotions and challenging behaviour.

To give teachers and educators the tools they were never trained for.

Mindgrow Kids is about giving every child - and every parent - a chance to grow, together.
